The soundtrack to your wedding sets the tone for the evening, and I want your event to be fantastic, flawless, and most of all memorable! I am not the “average wedding DJ”. I am a 20 year experienced music curator who will go to great lengths to assure that you have an amazing evening filled with music and dancing procured to your specific needs. Beside taking time to hand-pick an unlimited set-list specific to your tastes, I will do everything in my power to help things run smoothly, including coordinating with your caterer, photographer, videographer, and planner! We WILL get every picture in before the photographer leaves by the end of the night. My goal is for you to have a perfectly coordinated event that is memorable and filled with beautiful music scoring your evening.

I want your ceremony to go perfectly. I want you to walk up to your spouse-to-be at just the right time in a song.

During cocktails and dinner, I want see heads turn as guests hear tunes they reminisce over. I want to see smiles on your guests’ faces as memories flood with emotions while I put on the next song.

I want your speeches and introductions to go smoothly. I have nothing to say to your guests except for what you want me to say to them. No unrehearsed dialogue or shout outs. This is a formal evening and it will be treated as such.

I want your dance floor packed! I want to play your favorites and keep your do-not-plays off the set list. You’re going to get a seamless mix of music playing as your guests hop on and off the dance floor as they try to take a breather… only to be lulled back into dancing because this too is their “favorite song”. I leave no dead air, or prisoners.

My background….I’ve been DJing since the early 1990’s and I’ve been DJ’ing special events and weddings since 2007. That’s several hundred weddings. I hail from Chicago and I have DJ’ed at many of Chicago’s top clubs and restaurants as an open format and underground DJ, and worked with Chicago’s Top DJ company “Style Matters” as one of the the only female members on a team of some of Chicago’s best rated professional DJs and producers. Some notable Hotels, venues and events that I have worked with are: the Art Institute, the Adler Planetarium, the Drake, The Intercontinental, Brookfield Zoo, numerous events at the House of Blues, Museum of Contemporary Art, the Pride Parade, Burning Man, opening the dana Hotel Vertigo Sky Lounge as their head DJ, and so much much more…there literally isn’t a job I cannot handle. No genre, couple, ethnicity, sexual orientation, theme, creed, is off limits. Please, surprise me!
